Strathclyde Cocktails with Macallan
Wednesday 7th July - 1830
Join us in creating (and drinking!) a delicious Scottish cocktail. Aaron Masonde, The Macallan brand ambassador will host a cocktail session, showcasing a bespoke cocktail devised especially for the R&D Management Conference, “The Strathclyde Highball”.
Ingredients list below if you want to purchase ahead of time and follow along on the night:
- 35ml Macallan 12yr Double Cask (however any whisky you have in the house would be ok!)
- 15ml Elderflower Cordial
- 15ml Coconut water
- 120ml Fevertree elderflower tonic (Fevertree works well but could be another brand)
- Cubed ice and a highball glass (rocks glass is fine too depending what people have at home)
- Cocktail shaker, large jam jar, or anything else to hand with a lid on it!
